Village Hall Guide how to look after the hall including fire procedures, food hygiene record if supplying food, cleaning and clearing the Hall at the end of your hire and other useful information.
Alcohol Guidance if you are supplying alcohol free of charge, in the ticket price or having a paying bar please read this.
To make your booking you can either:
Book online by clicking the cross symbol on the diary, below your chosen date. If you are a new user you will be asked to register.
You can access the Hallmaster Customer Instructions here. (Please note that if you require additional items such as crockery, cutlery, canopy etc, these can be accessed from the Additional items section using the drop down line items box.)

Once your booking has been made you will receive an email acknowledgement of your requested booking, followed by an invoice for the full amount of the booking. If required you will also be asked for the security deposit of £150.00.
On receipt of payment, you will be emailed confirmation of your booking with details on how to access the hall at the start of your booking.
